The 2006-2007 school year marked the culmination of 10 years of development for MCDS with the graduation of our first 12th grade class. Just as the Lower and Middle Schools pride themselves on the rigor of their international curricula, so the High School joins the ranks of the finest college-preparatory institutions.

Essential to an exceptional High School is an exceptional college advising program. Beginning in their freshman year, students are assisted by our college counseling team in charting a path that will successfully prepare them for applying to the colleges and universities of their choosing. The overarching goal of the program is to provide students with the tools necessary to discover both a responsible and productive path through High School as well as the best match possible on the collegiate level. From support in the creation of a stellar personal essay for college applications to standardized test preparation, our counseling team guides students through the entire process.
